These photographs are from the Har Carbolet & Nahal Mador trails that run along the crest of the Big Crator and out to the Negev Desert plains by way of the Mador river.

We hiked this trail in early summer, March 2013, with two other friends. It made for a wonderful night under the stars (sleeping in front of the phosphorus factory near by), followed by hard day of hiking with staggering views.
